I have been working at T-Mobile part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Good hourly pay for part time and full time associates. Great commission in busy stores.

    Cons

Poor management. I've had at least ten managers in four years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Promote within rather then hiring from outside. I applied for a position within the company and was told I did not have enough experience outside of the company. I've worked for the company since I was 18, how do I get experience outside of the company.
