Pros

Extensive coaching environment and focus on developing people, and they live their values. Employee and customer satisfaction are 2 main priorities.

Cons

Technology and internal infrastructure needs upgrading to make things easier for employees and internal ordering/service processes which affect customers.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to focus on customer and employee satisfaction. It is what made the company successful years ago and you need to get back to that focus.

    This company values team players and is a great place to gain experience for your career. It's a fun place to work if you're on the right team and you get to work with cutting edge technology in the telecom industry. It's fun to be part of a company that is on the front line of changing the wireless industry.

    Cons

    The only cons to working at T-Mobile are monetary compensation. On average, salaries are roughly 20-30% less than other companies in the area for the same position.

    Lots of opportunity to advance, great benefits phone plans, insurance paid holidays.

    Cons

    getting time off can be difficult, meeting stats that are sometimes out of your control and told it will just balance out. Getting promoted is who you know, not what you know.
