    I worked at T-Mobile part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits (health, 401K, phone discount) and commission.

    Cons

Holiday extended hours. Long hours of standing behind the till...

Managers seemed to forget that we are not robots. They will not let you call in sick, they will basically force you to come to work no matter what...

    Well it's a sales job.

I have been working at T-Mobile

    Pros

Good pay, decent benefits and most people in the stores are great to be around.

    Cons

Numbers and even worse percentage base selling quotas, ridiculous 80-90% requirement on insurance and added data packages.

Will go so far to get these numbers that management will give people credits in order to take these extra features! Most of which don't really apply to customers. Even worse employees in my store are "advised" to walk customers that want the lowest $50 talk and text plus 500mb plan.

Customer base seems to be low end of the spectrum, expect fights about bills and ridiculous customer demands.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give us some tools to achieve your hefty goals rather than just write us up when we don't reach them.
