I'm happy, but environment can be volatile

Pros: Good company, good values, on the upswing and growing in 2013/2014, entertaining… Cons: Big technology decisions are often made for non-technology reasons such as SVP & C-level relationships. This leads to less than optimal decisions impacting long-term… Advice to Senior Management: Two things are tough: 1. Making decisions 2. Communication But, both have to be done. Pros: i worked for T-mobile as a sales associate for a little over a year and a half. they have a great learning structure and care… Cons: You are measured in absolutely every thing they sell, may it be data, Add-a-line, or just accessories and if you don't make your… Advice to Senior Management: store managers need to follow up with your associates with expectations and especially if they get disciplined, they aren't mind readers on what you want… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
