    I have been working at T-Mobile part-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Good Pay. flexible schedule. Great for a college student. Good Benefits such as tuition reimbursement and Childcare Reimbursements.

    Cons

    Poor Management. Micro Managed. Lots of Busy work. This company has a pretty bad sales process average time of a sale can be upwards of an hour.
