I worked at T-Mobile full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

There were good people to work with. Rewarded success. Provided nice phone benefits and always encouraged and provided further education

Cons

Unrealistic quotas and quite a bit of turnover. Restructured the organization, job roles and compensation structure often.

Advice to Management

Need to set realistic goals and market to the company's strength

I have been working at T-Mobile part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great environment to work with professionally, manager is respectful, no drama, everyone is very friendly and inviting, great place to work with because although everyone has their own thing going on and working for commission, take the time to explain and help you improve.

    Cons

not too many downsides, you have to sell in order to make your paycheck higher, have to learn the skills, if not you are doomed

  2. Retail Sales Rep

    Pros

Great co-workers, pay, and benefits. It's a fun and interesting to be in the wireless industry. You gain so much industry knowledge that it carries throughout your life.

    Cons

The culture changed, putting pressure on sales instead of quality service. It was hard to be pushed to rush/hurry through helping a customer so that sales opportunities could be improved.

    Advice to Management

Keep tight with your employees. :)
