Pros

Great talent and nice people to work with.

Cons

Some promotions to managers were misfires. Increasing turnover and layoffs a major distraction.

    Cons

    * Heavily, cripplingly political management structure * Stacks and stacks of dead wood * Frequently changing benefits and compensations plans

    Advice to Management

Review your midlevel management structure for rot.

    Pros

T-Mobile has standards and policies in place and it is a professional work environment with great benefits and good pay.

    Cons

Once they decide to get rid of you, they start making things up to begin the process. Stay on if you have done nothing wrong until they offer you a severance package!

    Advice to Management

Follow the laws and be sure to choose worthy applicants for Senior Management.
