I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Fair in difficult situations and a vibrant, almost "start-up" atmosphere. If you love change and challenges, loads of opportunities and a bright future ahead.

Cons

Politics are always hard and no exception here. It's a company growing up and there are pains associated with that.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Many of the lower ranks truly understand the customers and have invaluable ideas about how to improve things. Listen to them and act.

I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

TMUS is revolutionizing the US Mobile operator market landscape, innovating the business model and disrupting the competition. People are nice and friendly. Stock has doubled since going public in 5/2013. Shared passion for the customer. Fun marketing.

    Cons

Culture of over-inclusion and passive disagreement, complex processes and IT systems, layers of “connector” people between different organizations. Likability can be more important than professionalism to one's ability to succeed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Demand more accountability for the decisions people make.
