Pros

Great benefits. Fast paced environment, never get bored because its always changing

Cons

Just like any call center, your work is not the only thing reviewed. There needs to be more balance in the expectations from one manager to another.

Be more consistent and look past just the surface of someone's skills

    Pros

    Great benefits, a lot of good people to work with, awesome reward and recognition, good promotional opportunities. Great training opportunities for leaders, learned a lot over the years

    Cons

    Challenging goals that make it hard (but not impossible) to succeed.
    Lots of changes frequently
    The GM was a bully and did not live the values. Ruined the culture that was built before him

    Advice to Management

    Make sure that Sr Leadership is accountable as much as anyone else. Go back and research what made t-mobile one of the best places to work, why isn't tmobile there any longer? The focus switched to only the bottom line once Sue Nokes left. It used to balance company needs and employee needs, now it's just another corporate mass of cubicles
