Pros

Great pay, semi-flexible schedule, exciting industry changing things done by the CEO.

Cons

Direct management on the business side is poor, no employee motivation, depressing work environment, business office does not possess the energy and vibe of the rest of T-Mobile.

Advice to Management

Listen to your employees in the business channel especially in Houston. Stop taking manager's excuses for underperforming - your employees are unhappy. Fix/Replace management and sales will increase.

    Pros

Money is okay with this company. Some positions could be better.

    Cons

Time off in this company is not enough. The employees are expected to work really long hours.

    Pros

Great co-workers, pay, and benefits. It's a fun and interesting to be in the wireless industry. You gain so much industry knowledge that it carries throughout your life.

    Cons

The culture changed, putting pressure on sales instead of quality service. It was hard to be pushed to rush/hurry through helping a customer so that sales opportunities could be improved.

    Advice to Management

Keep tight with your employees. :)
