Current Employee – been working at T-Mobile
Pros – If you work hard you are rewarded well. Management is always there to give you what you need to excel. The benefits are incredible. The working environment is team based with individual goals and expectations. I love being highly challenged so it is the perfect job for me. I am looking forward to many years with T-Mobile!
Cons – Not as flexible as it could be with time off. Being a Mom and working full-time is hard enough. I feel guilty when I have to call out when one of my children have an illness. There are things that T-Mobile could improve on for their customers regarding their rate plans. On the other hand I love the fact that T-Mobile thinks outside the box and tries different things. Some ideas are fabulous and make them a strong service company and others no so much. Trial and error is what it is all about. The pros out weigh the cons 3:1 :)
Advice to Senior Management – The leadership at T-Mobile has been a huge part in my success. I love the feedback and look forward to working with T-Mobile for years and years to come!
