I worked at T-Mobile full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Benefits are amazing, including tuition reimbursement, and 401k.

    Cons

Growing in lateral position is good but a lot of inner politics to move up in the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't totally rely on word of mouth to hire external employees but believe in inner growth because the nature of the company develops a lot of great potential leaders within.
