Approves of CEO

I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Get to participate in industry leading changes. Great environment, always get to tackle new customer pain point initiatives.

Cons

Cross functional initiatives can be a challenge, due to competing priorities and strategies (or lack of). Some Executives need to review their MBA organizational leadership books or take a leadership course. Throughout the executive ladder C-Level to Director lacks communication and priorities.

Advice to Management

Focus on cross functional goal congruency, leadership (Director and above) exert the impression as if they don't know whats going on (information hiding), which creates an ambiguous environment for individual contributors.
