I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Good pay, exciting industry, in a company that's doing much more than status quo

    Cons

Unsustainable workload, depending on your talent. It all depends on your team of course, but on mine, if you have talent, you will be rewarded with never ending work. If you don't, you can skate by.

    I worked at T-Mobile full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Pay and benefits but that's about it

    Cons

Training is horrible, there is no balance between work and family there is only work in managements eyes. You are regularly belittled, humiliated and mentally abused.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your employees like human beings, care about more than the numbers and in turn your numbers will be better than before because your employees will care about their work and their employer
