T-Mobile – “Great”

Pros

i would have to say that I really enjoyed my time at t-mobile. It was a great work environment and great money.

Cons

I felt that there was not much career growth after the manager position. Most senior leaders had been in place for years and showed no interest in leaving.

Advice to Senior Management

Take a step back and ensure that you are treating employers in the best possible manner. I did not feel as though communication above the next level was acceptable.
