    Pros

Can work from home. You will be paid without work also. Just try to create something. It's a paradise if you work as a contractor. No pressure from management.

    Cons

IT Process change every year and no real benefits. Working in a cellular company without any discounted phones.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please look into the areas where money is being spent in IT and how much of it is being wasted. Check how many projects scrapped after spending lot of budget. No proper management as its a outsourced to vendors. Vendors create work as they need money. Try to concentrate into lower level also.

    Pros

Tmobile is a great place to work because they have excellent pay and wonderful benefits including 401k, health/dental/vision, employee phone plans, daycare assistance, and even pet insurance!

    Cons

It is stressful because your on the phone all the time with little or no time in between calls. You have to meet all of your metrics in order to get perks such as bonuses and shift bids. Also, customer aren't nice most of the time and you will take a lot of verbal and mental abuse.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Interact with your employees more.
