    Pros

Everyone was incredibly welcoming and helpful whenever I had any questions. Culture was the best part. T-Mobile is all about being contrary relative to the other big carriers, the "un-carrier". And that sort of message is reflected in the employees, who can approach problems in more unique ways and tend to be less stiff than at other telecom companies. The hours are manageable on every level, and the work was stimulating. A great experience.

    Cons

Time-off was always unpaid for interns like myself, without exception.

    Advice to Management

Keep interacting with the offices outside of Washington.
