T-Mobile – “Dont always count on it”

Pros

T-mobile offer the best benefits in any industry, BUT the promises they make for allowing you to advance are always spotty. In my market it seems either your are part of the in crowd or you just sit in your position for longer then expected.

Cons

Standing all day long can be a stress for the body and they dont allow those foam floor mats behind the registers

Advice to Senior Management

Learn that your employees are the ones that make the company profitable, not your emails sent to bug us all day long about stuff that we could care less about. Lets us make the profit and you handle the rest
