Definite rewards for performance! The company recognizes positive performance. Call center is ranked off of performance which means you don't have to watch people who have been there for years and put in 0 effort receive all the good schedules. You choose your own destiny and get what you put in. I have had several deaths in the family and every time T-Mobile has been respectful, kind, and understanding. Good energy in the call center, rewarded with parties, catered lunches, and breakfast served by management. They really try to make an undesirable job worthwhile.
Cons
Like anywhere, some of management can be tough to work with and metrics can be sporadic.
Advice to Senior Management
Remember, we have to adapt to 80 or so customers a day or so, try to adapt to the few of us you deal with!
