I worked at T-Mobile

Pros

Benefits are great, you are well compensated, and you work with great people

Cons

Decisions that are made at the senior management level (and above) aren't realistic or practical for real business practices. What looks and sounds good in theory doesn't necessarily mean it will work. Too many changes in a short period of time without a sound foundation to back them up,

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get out in the field and experience the job before making decisions.

I have been working at T-Mobile

    Pros

T-Mobile is a great place to work, my manager is not just a manager she is a great leader, and leads by example. Her boss is also great, he is a try leader as well not just a manager. They both have given me the tools I need to become a better sales rep.

    Cons

The only downside to T-Mobile is that the onboarding proccess can take sometimes longer then it should. I have seen qualified applicatents walk away because of the time it takes to get hired.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would like to see t-mobile, offer more cross channel career advancement programs, example would be if you are currently working in retail and want to move into B2B sales.
