I have been working at T-Mobile

    Pros

The company is very team and customer oriented.

    Cons

It is sometimes difficult to sell a product or service for the same price as competitors but not get the same amount of usage out of it. T-Mobile sometimes lacks coverage where other companies that charge the same have coverage in the same area.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please focus on expanding coverage, especially in large cities where buildings may be in the way of the airwaves.
