    Pros

    Great benefits. (health, PTO, phone benefits)
    Depending on your immediate boss and his boss and that leadership can be great place to work.

    Cons

    consistent communication lacking - can receive completely different experience only 5 miles away at another location.
    weak HR
    Weak senior Leadership very disconnected from front lines. (ymmv)

    Need more consistent communication. things are all over the place. do i find it on streamline? onevoice? communications? emails? from my boss? tmobile community?

    Pros

    Exciting place lots of energy!! Great phones and benefits.. Lots of contest opps to win phones and other electronics from the manufacturers

    Cons

    Executive Management doesn't really do a good job of cascading down the changes and the systems could be a little more streamlined throughout the company so that everybody can see the same information. Also customer care should not cut off the retail reps by offering better offers and encouraging the customers to return devices for better pricing over the phone.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Management is great!! You guys do a great job of encouraging it's just the higher ups that you have to try to help us understand what in the world they are thinking.
