I have been working at T-Rex full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Being part of a revolutionary platform that actually has the power to change the world. Working with incredibly bright, motivated people. Tons of autonomy with all the resources necessary.

Cons

Very dynamic organization, so the day-to-day is also quite variable. Salaries aren't as good as the rest of finance, but that's more than balanced out by the equity upside.
