T. Rowe Price – “Great first job”
Pros
Benefits, hands down.
It's also a great place to learn about the finance business and after you've put your grunt work in you can definitely move ahead.
It's a young workforce so you definitely get the feeling that you can move ahead.
Cons
It has a very corporate culture, even though it is a bit more laid back than most. There are still a lot of silly rules.
I don't feel that they compensate well enough, and because of the that they tend to get less quality associates than other firms in the area.
Advice to Senior Management
Increase the amount of communication and integration between departments relative to customer service.
