Pros

-The company is full of really great people.
-The 401K and stock benefits are fantastic.
-Most departments offer flexible work schedules.

Cons

-Promotions focused more on time served instead of who was most qualified.
-The raise structure fairly low for operations staff.

Advice to Senior Management

Do not wish to respond.
