I have been working at T. Rowe Price

    Pros

The Benefits at the Rowe are far above average of any company. Additionally, opportunities to learn other sides of the business are come pretty frequently.

    Cons

The salary sucks. TRP is unwilling to pay employees their true worth after learning different sides of the business or even earning an MBA which clearly makes employees more valuable to other companies.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More resources (money) should be given to middle management to be able to better provide for their incumbents. If the middle management's salary is as low as associates, turnover is inevitable.
