    Pros

Good amount of PTO (when you get to use it). Decent benefits that are cheaper than average.

    Cons

Management will deceive you about opportunities for advancement, training, and your options for pursuing other positions within the company. Management doesn't admit when they don't know something about a specific industry and will yell and publicly chastise employees who don't meet their, often unreasonable, expectations. If employees working on another contract make mistakes, it is not unheard of for senior management to tell ALL employees to stop making changes. Senior managers doesn't communicate well with local managers. Newly assimilated managers are often left out of the loop on decisions which directly affect their direct reports and the work they are doing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Find new management for all levels and stop bidding so low for new contracts that you are forced to expect the impossible from your employees.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Disapproves of CEO
