I worked at T-Systems as an intern (less than an year)

Pros

- Mostly friendly and cooperative co-workers
- Dealing with big projects in automotive industry and others
- Good work/life balance

Cons

- sometimes there seemed to be miscommunication between the project team and the project manager...

    I have been working at T-Systems full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Stable work environment, nice colleagues, supported self-development

    Cons

    No real career path at the same position, have to change department/location to grow up, average compensation level, good, but sometiimes unmotivated rotation

    I have been working at T-Systems full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    - Good benefits, especially the medical benefits
    - Flexible working environment
    - Staff welfare fund is allocated to organize social activities for staff, e.g. team building event, annual dinner, etc.

    Cons

    - Poor compensation policy - staff being requested to take on new role/tasks without proper compensation
    - No proper training/program to develop team lead/manager
    - Re-organization every year
    - Under-performed staff not being penalized but able to take on new role (or even promotion) after every re-organization took place
    - Too Germany centric
