I have been working at T-Systems full-time (more than a year)

Pros

Culture, openness, people-centric approach, freedom to perform and grow. The general atmosphere is one where you can develop and raise your abilities and expectations. I have yet to receive any negative criticism: everything is presented in a constructive and personable manner. The freedom to perform tasks in any fashion exists, so long as company guidelines are followed you are frewe to achieve the end in any fashion you choose.

Cons

I have yet to find any.

I have been working at T-Systems full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Generous in buyouts and good staff recommendation program. Underground parking bays are allocated-provided you're permanent staff and able to wake up early to get a slot

    Cons

Currently experiencing a very high turnover rate and resignations from this company. So severe till the management addressing this in a company wide open forum recently. Process flows are super-chaotic....too many manual papers despite being an international IT company. Certain Mat salleh bosses are very demanding and will pressure you..a dept that i know of....had their staff resigned and transfer out the moment a female mat salleh came in.

Exceptionally chaotic work processes...some work seem overlay with other dept staff and yet no proper coordination.

    Pros

If you work for an account other than Shell, perhaps there is more to look forward to

    Cons

If you work for the Shell account, be prepared to have your entire working world revolve around the customer

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Is the biggest customer of such importance that you would be willing to do anything to keep them?
