Good mission statement, the company really has a strong place in this world. The people who work there are very amicable, and stick together as a family. The work environment is relatively casual. You are on the cutting edge of emerging technology

Compensation is way below market rate.
Advice to Senior Management
To pay better, you can afford it. And listen to your employees when they want to move.

They recently fired the VP of Engineering, should have dumped the Mechanical Engineering Manager too.

The company has recently decided to develop a lot of products en masse, which is an absolutely horrible decision.
The people managing these projects have zero experience in product development, and the end result is a huge disaster.
