I have been working at TASER as an intern for less than a year

Pros

Friendly work enviroment, along with friendly employees. We have strong leaders, and a motivated work force.

Cons

I can't complain much - I would appreciate more tea bag options by the Kuriage.

    I have been working at TASER full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    No limits on your level of involvement, friendly place to work, good compensated for your work with stocks and salary.

    Cons

    Not very structured work requirements if you are a person that likes structure.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep improving on strategies for products, personnel hiring and development.

    Over-worked, unappreciated by direct managers, solutions/ideas never listened to.

    I have been working at TASER as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

    Taser itself it an awesome place to work. Culture, and saving lives.

    Cons

    over 6 months of 70+ hours with no OT or insurance. Constantly having to prove yourself over and over after they find out something that might contradict they will continue to ask. If its not mgmt idea it wont get approved,.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to your Sr. Talented Certified employees.There is a reason for such high turn over in the IT dept wont get the talent required to fill positions. Be more professional treat your employees that way you want to be treated. And most of all if you have a problem with someone tell them in writing not verbal.
