You can get a lot of hands on learning. It's a very friendly and staff oriented company.
Cons
The departments don't speak to each other, so you really end up guessing at what one dept can or cannot do. The company wants to focus on inbound sales but associates are too busy focusing on client issues to have an opportunity to pitch. Clients often blow their accounts up and take it out on the associates. 90% of the errors come from clients, not the company. Also, there is a real problem with other associates in support departments taking not responsibility and answering clients/associates in need. They pass the buck.
Advice to Senior Management
Give more direction, where do you want to take the company? The verbiage is too vague, there's no real sense of direction or how the company will get to the destination.
