It is a good place to start out. The company helps you get much needed experience for those new to the industry.
Cons
Compensation and benefits are low compared to competitors. Upper management should become more familiar with the employees and their needs. This company should consider revising their work week shcedule.
Advice to Senior Management
Provide better and more advancement opportunities for employees.
