Can be repetitive, but most jobs are in some aspects.

    I have been working at TD Ameritrade

    Pros

    Small company feel is a plus as "not everything is figured out." You can feel like you are actually making a contribution and their core values are seem to be something that really matter.

    Cons

    Like any larger firm the "political" games are a joke. Too many egos.
