I worked at TD Bank Financial Group full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

The company has a 'we care' culture that on the surface seems quite attractive. Inside, the organization is huge, bureaucratic and somewhat political. If one meets the right people, manages well upwards and sideways, its possible to have a slow and fruitful career.

    Cons

The pay is crap. They use culture to balance the lower than average pay. Even if you get started off at a decent level, once you get promoted you get a bare minimum pay raise. This will eventually put you below your peers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I know you try to treat your people well, how about paying them well?
