ProsFair chance for advancement, respect for employees, competent management, interesting work, good people

ConsLike everywhere, some managers are hard to work with. There is always a chance to move either up if you deserve a promotion or laterally. You are not married to your manager. I had a good experience with TD, some did not.

Advice to Senior ManagementThey are already doing everything by the book.
