Pros

- opportunity for growth
- good benefits
- the Bank is Growing in the US

Cons

- salaries are low copararing with the industry.
- credit analyst make 40k a year
- management care too much about to show results to shareholders and they keep budgets low

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management needs to work to sustain the current growth and try to compensate employees to a kid the turnover in the branches

    Pros

    were the customers when they weren't complaining about a new fee or being harassed about some new gimick to get or all the junk they get in the mail for something they already have

    pay
    hours

    salary and not being paid for what you worked
    no equal time between family and work
    mandatory sales
    mandatory night harassament calls to customer to creoss sell something they dont want
    hours
    7 day work week when staff is being fired on trumped up charges or they quit when they have had enough belittling

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    get rid of the old rmm and roos and hire people that wouod respct others or get rid of them completely since they cant seem to help a customer, acknowledge them, and whe there is a huge issue and it states in the job decriptions to answer the calls when customers want them... dont throw it back on the locals and say how would you handle this and then write the person up, BECAUSE YOU DID NOT DO YOUR JOB AND DONT KNOW HOW TO ANSWER IT OR DO IT

    When you get promoted internally, it is usually a percentage which is cents on a dollar. But, once you get promoted to an Assistant Manager or a Store Manager, that is when you make the big bucks.

    Pay your hourly employees more to increase employee retention.
