Pros

There are opportunities for career developments, good management, and good benefits as well. Generally the resource at TD (ex: back office support) is quite developed, which helps a lot in terms of work efficiency.

Cons

Seems like the salary is not very competitive compare to the other big 4 banks. Sometimes the management ignore to their staff's feedback - which i guess it happens in all corporations.

Advice to Management

Please try listen to your employee's feedback!

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

The products they have to offer to the customers.

    Cons

Being micro-managed by managers who cannot actually do your job function and control your future destiny. HR is not a private relationship between employee and HR- Management knows everything HR is told in confidence.

    Advice to Management

It is not those whose sales numbers are the highest make the best managers. Since they only really know how to manipulate the system, instead of doing what is right. The best managers are those who do what suits the clients and doesn't produce the most revenue but loyal customers. And they understand how to motivate people.
