I have been working at TD Bank part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great people to work with

    Cons

Too much pressure on customer service side to get sales. We are not the "sales" side, don't treat us as such. Also, constant problems with HR not giving the branch enough FTE to be able to adequately staff the branch and have enough people on when we needed it.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
