Pros

Great benefits for both part time and full time employees. Paid Time Off is offered.

Cons

Open on Sundays, also working long hours during the week.

    I have been working at TD Bank full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    Competitive pay for IT professionals
    Not a "blame" culture
    Most people are very nice and helpful

    Cons

    IT department going through "LEAN" transformation (basically lay off lots of people)
    Internal processes for who does what are in complete disarray
    Left hand does NOT know what the right is doing
    Revolving door of personnel changes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Admit LEAN is not working and start to clearly document and define internal processes.

    nothing i can think of....

    For employees company suck from head to toe, there are no benefits and that coin machine sucks your blood.

    Most unprofessional people i ever met. Now, i know why retail banking suck
