A good part-time job

Customer Relations Coordinator (Current Employee) Niagara, ON (Canada)

ProsI enjoy working with the public and meeting many different people. The pay is fair. The staff banking benefits are very good.

ConsIf you are part-time, be prepared to work alot of evenings and weekends. It can really take effect on your family and social life. There are not many positions in retail banking available that are full time.

Advice to Senior ManagementI feel there is a lack of upward mobility in the workplace. Sometimes I feel stuck in my position, especially part-time. If it would be possible, more job training would be wonderful!

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
