Cons
Extremely focused on sales goals and sales widgets to the detriment of the client. They tell us to take care of the client and the goals will take care of themselves. Really it is get them in and sell sell sell even if they don't need anything.
Advice to Senior Management
Just because a person was a great sales person does not make them a great manager.
