Pros

A lot of resources, at the front of new technology
Focused on the future and looking to grow and expand the business in the market over time.
Well compensated for hard work

Cons

A lot of legacy people still there from acquisitions that need to retire. Can be very high pressure to jump through a lot of hoops due to burdensome internal processes.

    Very friendly environment, great learning tools, amazing learning sessions and classes

    Cons

    A bit salesie for my taste. We had targets to meet every month on CCs, loans, and etc.

    Separate Business Development from Servicing guys.

    Pros

    Awards ceremony for Employees, fun grand openings, some great people to work with.

    Cons

    Too many broken promises, raises are awful, company lets customers walk all over employees, they work you to the bone, push sales way too much, technology they use is ancient, too many unnecessary procedures, always work with short staff, unrealistic sales expectations while working with a short staff.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop with the broken promises and treat your employees with respect. Lost many good employees.
