Good company at first, has gone downhill over the years

Teller II (Former Employee) Rockville Centre, NY

ProsAwards ceremony for Employees, fun grand openings, some great people to work with.

ConsToo many broken promises, raises are awful, company lets customers walk all over employees, they work you to the bone, push sales way too much, technology they use is ancient, too many unnecessary procedures, always work with short staff, unrealistic sales expectations while working with a short staff.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop with the broken promises and treat your employees with respect. Lost many good employees.

– I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
