Pros

Paid Time Off is the best that I have seen. The company does an excellent job and takes it very seriously in developing you and getting you where you see yourself in your career path.

Cons

Lot of Nepotism and favoritism going on which really effects morale.

    Pros

    Good benefits and 401k package, off on the holidays, full-time tellers usually work Monday - Friday

    Cons

    The sales goal are way too high, usually short staffed a lot, can't move up in the company if you don't hit your sales goal.

    Pros

    Simple job simple tasks. Lots of opportunities. Corporate perks is pretty awesome if you look for the right stuff. Food.

    Cons

    Forget your social life. Forget your PTO. Forget leaving. Too much drama. management #illuminati.

    You are also an employee so decide to do your job.
