Pros

World leader in the electronics components industry. Well respected company. Good compensationfor base salary and commissions. Small geographic sales territories, not a lot of overnight travel. Most territories are approximately a 2 hour radius. Get to work from a home office. Get a company car. Interesting place to work, help engineers design products.

Cons

A lot of pressure from Management. There is a very old-school style of management here. A good ol' boys club. I believe the management group is currently being overhauled, which will be an improvement.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to feedback from employees and make changes. Give employees tools to succeed....correct stocking levels & lead times, competitive pricing, available samples, etc.
