Cons – Layoffs are regular and routine, adding much stress
Reorganization is a constant process

Advice to Senior Management – TE's predecessor (AMP Inc.) declined when senior leadership no longer understood the company's products and technology. It declined at a time when the competition was OK. Now TE leadership includes many ex-Motorola staffers without experience in the interconnect industry. Boasts of major new product successes are made without sufficient understanding.
Constant reorganization creates uncertainties, often loses the benefits of experienced employees and generally doesn't make things better.
