TE Connectivity Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at TE Connectivity as a contractor for more than a year

Pros – Nearly everyone I've worked with were very nice and helpful. I suppose it's also a great place to pick up multiple skills you never thought you'd pick up.

Cons – Upper management is terrible. Most don't even bother to research what your group does before deciding to throw the layoff card. Budget cuts are everywhere, and even the best and brightest people I've met were laid off. I wouldn't be surprised if everything gets outsourced within a year.

Advice to Senior Management – Get to know what your employees do before blindly firing.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
