Pros

The build is very clean and has plastic plants by the doors (gorgeous).

Cons

Low salary, little chance of grow, processes are too disorganized, the company does not care about their staff, there is no motivational plans or anything like.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to plan better strategies, tasks get to complicate when there is no analysis or planning.

    Pros

One of the things you may like about Tecnocom is its size. This may give you, on the long run, opportunities and stability.
You can choose to work in different cities of many countries. They offer the possibility to work from home, if your assignments allow it.

    Cons

Tecnocom is a multinational company, but only focused on countries with Spanish or Portuguese as the main language. This will limit your chances of growth in a really international environment.

Although the size will be good for lots of things, it will keep you caught in the middle of its great structure. If this kind of "stability" is not what you want, you must take it on account. Really.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Changes are not that bad.

It was way better, but it is getting worse every year.

    Pros

Work life balance is not bad if you are lucky to work in premises. Don't expect promotions. With 5000 employees, there are no more that 10-15 promotions per year.

    Cons

Compensation are average, but bonus are a falacy. It doesn't matter what's your productivity, same pay. Trying to be a leader is a mistake. Don't try to do things different, it will be your fault even before to start. Management is a close circle (some managers have being in the same position for more than 20 years, and if you challenge them, you are out)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Lack of business vision. HR is a complete disaster, much worse than anyone can imagine. Business has being splitted in little units only rated by their monthly achievements, impossible to work together, leaving out of scope large projects, long term visions and targets, common culture, or any other characteristic typical of a large company.
