“Good place to work for someone out of College, but very stressful environment”
Current Employee – been working at TEKsystems full-time for less than a year
Pros – great training, good culture, would recommend to heavy sales driven friends. Company is stable as the number 1. Not much cold calling required
Cons – can be micromanaged, high turnover rate with recruiters. The office can be cliquey depending on where you are located. AMs can sometimes forget what goes into recruiting and expect more than is possible.
Advice to Senior Management – Always keep in mind what goes into recruiting. Understand the stress and the expectations. Ask for quality not quantity.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
